ABB Monterrey 3.0 in Juarez is seeking a Sourcing Project Manager to lead strategic sourcing, outsourcing, localization, and supplier transfer projects from initiation to production launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Warehousing, and external suppliers to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing, outsourcing, localization, and supplier transfer projects from initiation through production launch.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, resources, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, cost analyses, and supplier selection.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and suppliers.
• Ensure successful supplier industrialization, APQP/PPAP completion, production readiness, and launch execution.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs related to cost savings, quality, delivery, lead times, and milestones.
• Maintain project governance, reporting, dashboards, and executive communications with Power BI, SAP, and Microsoft 365.
