ABB is seeking a senior Maintenance Engineer to lead the factory Maintenance team at the Ramos Arizpe site in Mexico. You will plan and implement initiatives to improve reliability, availability, and efficiency of equipment, infrastructure, and production lines.

• Define and manage the annual maintenance budget.
• Establish maintenance policies and processes to maximize efficiency.
• Develop life cycle management procedures for equipment.

Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Production Engineering Manager__Your Role: Own the ChallengeIn this role, you will lead the factory Maintenance team in planning and implementing initiatives to maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness, and efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, and facilities.You will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment life cycle management practices to optimize costs and profitability.
