ABB necesita un Especialista en Planificación y Cumplimiento para convertir pronósticos en una programación maestra ejecutable en la planta de Apodaca, NL. Supervisará indicadores clave de precisión del master plan y coordinará con equipos para cumplir la demanda de múltiples líneas de producto.

Se valora experiencia en planificación de producción, ERP/MRP (SAP/Power BI) y habilidades analíticas. Perfil orientado a resultados, con inglés avanzado y capacidad de trabajo cross-funcional.

Formación

• Bachiller/Grado en ingeniería industrial o similar.
• 4+ años de experiencia en planificación y programación de producción.
• Experiencia con ERP/MRP (SAP, Excel, Power BI).

Responsabilidades

• Convertir el plan de suministro en una programación maestra ejecutable.
• Elaborar informes de master schedule y seguimiento contra el plan de negocio, plan de envíos y producción.
• Definir fechas de entrega y compromisos para el equipo de servicio al cliente across múltiples líneas.
• Alinear la producción con la demanda de producto y capacidad de la planta.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
• Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
• Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
• Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Previous experience in supplying high volume & high movement lines.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Excel & Power BI). PP module.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
• Advanced English Level.
