ABB in San Luis Potosi is seeking a procurement specialist to purchase materials per specifications, price, and delivery schedules. You will create and manage purchase orders, confirm deliveries, and track supplier performance to PO requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and adherence to corporate purchasing policies. A degree and experience in purchasing, SAP, and Excel, with advanced English, are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 1+ years experience in purchasing / material planning, or related activities.
• Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain processes.
• ERP knowledge; SAP preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced English required.
• Active US VISA is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Creating and Managing Purchase Orders in the system according to purchase requisitions and standard procedures.
• Confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.
• Monitoring Supplier Performance (On Time Delivery).
• Tracking goods received to verify delivery and ensure invoice processing.
• Managing order confirmations and deliveries ensuring production needs are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support material availability and supply chain performance.
