Carrier Global Corporation in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, seeks a Master Scheduler to develop and release the short-term production schedule for our presses, ensuring on-time compliance with the production plan and monitoring the supply chain to prevent disruptions.

You will coordinate across Materials, Production, Logistics, and Engineering, release daily schedules to teams, drive actions to mitigate shortages, and support new product introductions, supplier changes, and continuous improvement

Formación

• Bachelor's degree
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and/or experience with MRP/MPS (SAP)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry (nice to have)
• Advanced English proficiency (nice to have)
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)

Responsabilidades

• Building the daily production schedule to minimize disruptions across material supply, tooling, and assembly
• Monitoring and driving actions to prevent or reduce impacts to planned production due to material shortages or constraints
• Adjusting the production schedule based on material supply constraints, production and maintenance restrictions, and customer requirements
• Releasing the daily schedule to Production, Line Supply, Material Expediting, and Logistics teams
• Ensuring customer requirements are met on time and in accordance with the production plan
• Participating in new product introduction projects, supplier changes, and engineering changes
• Tracking attainment metrics, logging findings and conducting root cause analysis and standard solutions
