NXTSTP MEXICO is seeking a Master Scheduler to partner with Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to create and maintain the master production schedule. You will balance customer demand, capacity, materials, and priorities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient plant operations.

The role requires 5–8 years in production planning within manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with ERP and BI tools. Travel up to 10% may be required and the position is based in Monterrey, Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in production planning/scheduling in manufacturing.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; travel 5–10%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary liaison across Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and maintain the master production schedule for on-time delivery.
• Integrate demand with capacity, material availability, and constraints.
• Monitor inventory levels and raw material requirements.
• Lead schedule recovery and change management during disruptions.
• Support S&OE meetings and NPI coordination.
• Create production performance reports using ERP and BI tools.
