Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Scheduler Planning RC to craft and release the short-term RC production schedule, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with the production plan. You will guide Supply Chain support teams, monitor constraints, and drive improvements across order and procurement execution.

You will build daily schedules, release to cross-functional teams, and ensure customer requirements are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with technical/operational knowledge.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and/or experience with MRP/MPS (SAP).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning.
• Understanding of work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.

Responsabilidades

• Build the daily RC production schedule, sequencing part numbers to minimize disruptions across material supply, tooling, and assembly.
• Manage order entry, backlog administration, and the production plan.
• Monitor and drive actions to prevent or reduce impacts to planned production due to shortages or constraints.
• Adjust the schedule based on material supply constraints, production/maintenance restrictions, and customer requirements.
• Release the daily schedule to Production, Line Supply, Material Expediting, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure customer requirements are met on time per the production plan.
• Answer hot requests and cross-functional questions; support root cause analysis.
• Supervise Supply Chain support staff and set day-to-day goals.
• Guide order and procurement execution and monitor adherence to standards.
• Participate in new product introduction projects and supplier/engineering changes.
• Track attainment metrics and implement standard solutions where applicable.
