Flex in Guadalajara, North Site, is seeking a Master Scheduler to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries from raw materials to final goods. You will collaborate with materials, planning, and production teams to create daily schedules and track progress against deadlines.

The role requires a BS degree in Administration or engineering, solid production-control experience, and strong Excel/MRP skills. You will optimize capacity, manage demand, and report key metrics to drive zero-downtime operations.

Formación

• BS degree in Administration or engineering-related field.
• Solid experience in production control and data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of MRP systems (Baan).

Responsabilidades

• Create daily production schedules.
• Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Ensure CTB utilization and efficient scheduling.
• Coordinate with Materials Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
• Work with production personnel to resolve productivity issues and minimize downtime.
