Flex is seeking a Master Scheduler in Juarez, South Campus to support production planning and ensure on-time, zero-downtime deliveries. You will work with materials and planning teams to develop efficient production schedules and monitor capacity and material flow.

The role requires senior planning experience, an engineering degree, strong English, Excel skills, and ERP knowledge. You will liaise with program teams, analyze inventory, and generate simulations to optimize throughput and delivery

Formación

• Senior experience in planning or scheduling.
• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• English proficiency (Intermediate-Advanced).
• Excel proficiency.
• ERP knowledge and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create daily production schedules and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Analyze inventory and identify risks or obsolescence.
• Generate Kinaxis simulations for CTB (Clear-to-Build).
• Coordinate with Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
• Monitor deadlines and production flow from raw materials to final goods.
