Flex is seeking a Master Scheduler in Juarez, Mexico, to coordinate materials planning and production schedules ensuring on-time delivery with zero downtime. The role requires senior planning experience, engineering education, strong Excel and ERP capabilities, and fluent English.

You will generate Kinaxis simulations for CTB, analyze inventory, collaborate with operations, and report key metrics to optimize capacity and flow from raw materials to final goods.

Formación

• Senior prior experience in planning.
• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
• Excel skills.
• ERP knowledge.
• Analytical mindset.
• Excellent planning skills.
• Awareness of functional impact on work processes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify production line impact risks.
• Analyze excess and obsolete inventory.
• Generate Kinaxis simulations for CTB (Clear-to-Build).
• Shortage reporting meeting with the client.
• Create daily production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
• Work with production on accountability and productivity issues.
• Plan efficient transactions with production staff to avoid downtime.
• Ensure smooth material-to-final-goods flow.
