Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and release short-term production schedules for presses, coordinating with Materials, Production, Logistics and Engineering to keep operations on track. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in Production Planning, and proficiency in SAP MRP/MPS.

Applicants should possess intermediate English and strong PC skills, with Lean/Six Sigma as a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and/or experience with MRP/MPS (SAP).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning.
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry (nice to have).
• Advanced English proficiency (nice to have).
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Build the daily production schedule, sequencing part numbers to minimize disruptions across material supply, tooling, and assembly.
• Monitor and drive actions to prevent or reduce impacts to planned production volume and sequence due to material shortages or production constraints.
• Adjust the production schedule based on material supply constraints, production and maintenance restrictions, special customer requirements, and, when strictly necessary, production delays.
• Releasing the daily schedule to Production, Line Supply, Material Expediting, and Logistics teams, communicating manufacturing sequence and relevant information.
• Ensuring customer requirements are met on time (required week/day) and in accordance with the production plan.
• Actively participating in new product introduction projects, supplier changes, and engineering changes per passport process.
• Tracking Attainment metrics, logging findings and process escapes, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing standard solutions where possible.
