Carrier is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and release the short-term production schedule for presses, ensuring on-time delivery per the plan and coordinating with Materials, Production, Logistics, and Engineering to keep operations smooth.

The role requires analytical minds with Math/PC skills, and experience in production planning, preferably with SAP MRP/MPS and good English communication. An automotive/manufacturing background is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and/or experience with MRP/MPS (SAP).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning.

Responsabilidades

• Build the daily production schedule, sequencing part numbers to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor and drive actions to prevent or reduce impacts due to shortages or constraints.
• Adjust the production schedule based on material supply constraints and customer requirements.
• Release the daily schedule to Production, Line Supply, Material Expediting, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure customer requirements are met on time per the production plan.
• Participate in new product introductions and changes per passport process.
• Track attainment metrics, analyze issues, and implement standard solutions.
