Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager to grow and optimize host entrepreneur relationships in the Caribbean and Central America. You will manage a book of business, drive acquisition of high-quality supply, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market success.

The role requires building strong partner relationships, meeting sales goals, and leveraging data-driven insights to identify strategic opportunities in your region. Travel quarterly to the assigned market may be necessary.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and a book of business.
• Proficient quantitative skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, policy and support teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory.
• Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales in your region.
• Prospect and onboard new, high quality supply in your geography.
• Travel to your market for in-person support and guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, policy and customer support teams.
