Airbnb is seeking a seasoned leader to scale Homes supply in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. You will lead Market Managers, partner with the Country Manager, and shape territory strategies to expand high-quality supply and improve guest experiences.

Based in Mexico City, you will manage a cross-functional team, leverage data to drive growth, and build an inclusive, high-performing culture while delivering measurable results.

Formación

• 14+ years in global operations, business development, or marketplace management.
• 5+ years in a people-leadership role.
• Deep MexicoCCA travel and hospitality market knowledge.
• Operational and commercial, public speaking and marketing skills.
• Bold, compassionate leader with strong bias for action.
• Analytical thinker using data to guide decisions.
• Influences product, policy, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience growing supply and partnerships with community/host groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of Market Managers to grow Homes supply across MexicoCCA.
• Partner with the Country Manager to execute country strategic plans.
• Design and lead territory-level strategies for acquisition and host quality.
• Experiment boldly to unlock new sources of supply and turn strategies into playbooks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Policy, and Product.
• Monitor and own business performance, meeting revenue, supply, and quality KPIs.
• Identify market trends and opportunities and address regulatory shifts.
• Coach and develop talent, building a high-performing team culture.
