Airbnb, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a senior leader to shape the growth of Homes across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. You will lead a team of Market Managers and Market Associates to expand supply and enhance host performance.

Collaborating with the Country Manager and cross‑functional partners, you will translate strategic plans into measurable results and drive customer value across markets. This role requires deep market expertise and a bias for action.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of Market Managers and Market Associates to grow Airbnb Homes supply across MexicoCCA.
• Partner closely with the Country Manager to execute country strategic plans and align local execution with national priorities.
• Design and lead territory-level strategies for acquisition, optimization, and host quality across markets.
• Collaborate with Supply Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Policy, and Product to launch initiatives improving host performance and supply growth.
• Monitor and own business performance to meet revenue, supply, and quality KPIs.
