Airbnb is seeking a Market Associate to grow and retain host entrepreneurs in the assigned territory. You will build strong relationships, guide pricing and availability optimization, and educate hosts on platform updates. The role includes outreach, webinars, and scalable communications to help long-tail hosts thrive on Airbnb.

You will work with Market Managers to deliver education programs and ensure excellent guest experiences across the host base, leveraging your English and Spanish fluency.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• 2+ years hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
• Strong time management and prioritization skills for multiple accounts.
• Proven experience driving engagement and growth through proactive management.
• Highly goal-driven with persistence and action orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person.
• CRM tools proficiency, with Salesforce experience a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts.
• Conduct onboarding conversations with strategic recommendations on pricing and listings.
• Secure availability on high-demand dates to maximize revenue.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes and relay feedback.
• Respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts and provide tailored support.
