Job summary

LGMG México is seeking a Training Specialist in Nuevo León to coordinate and administer our training programs, ensuring employees have the knowledge and skills required for their roles in a manufacturing environment.

You will manage the full training cycle, maintain records for SIRCE and STPS compliance, evaluate training impact, and partner with internal teams and external providers to deliver effective programs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, HR, or related area.
• Experience managing training programs in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with training records and compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating training for both operational and administrative personnel.
• Experience with SIRCE and STPS training compliance preferred.
• Conversational English

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs based on business requirements and priorities.
• Develop and maintain the annual Training and Development Plan.
• Coordinate and execute technical, operational, safety, and soft-skills training.
• Coordinate internal and external trainers and training providers.
• Manage training logistics, materials, attendance, and resources.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and evaluations.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction training for new employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and surveys.
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation for audits.
