Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Quality Assurance & Training Specialist to monitor product quality in the Mexican market, report issues to Product Management and Development, and coordinate responses to consumer-related legal claims filed through PROFECO. The role includes developing training programs for service centers and distributors while ensuring product certification and LATAM compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in Customer Care and Product Certification areas.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Mexican/LATAM standard processes to guarantee documentation compliance and product certification.
• Inform product certification status and attend weekly meetings with PMs.
• Provide support to PMs about Mexican/LATAM regulations (Consulting).
• Track product quality and prepare quality issue reports when needed.
• Deliver Technical Training for Service Centers.
• Provide technical and sales training to Customer Care agents.
• Develop Training Programs based on audience types (Distributor/Technician/CC Agents).
