Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a trainer.
• Experience in production or manufacturing processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on the company’s basic processes in accordance with established procedures and standards.
• Explain and demonstrate the tasks involved in each operation, ensuring employees understand the correct process sequence.
• Guide employees during their initial training period and on-the-job practice.
• Identify errors, questions, or areas for improvement during training and provide immediate feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date training and evaluation records for assigned employees.
• Promote compliance with safety rules, proper use of PPE, and safe work practices during training activities.
• Support the training of employees who are transferred to new operations or require refresher training.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to training and the development of operational skills.
• Enter information from forms into the designated software system.
