ABB in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead technical training development for hourly manufacturing employees. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and Trainers on on‑floor knowledge transfer and competency advancement.

You will drive competency development, certification processes, and training evaluations while maintaining strong relationships with front‑line leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Up to 1 year in manufacturing/operations/training is a plus.
• Experience in training or process improvement is welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Advanced English communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead competency committees and develop training programs with cross-functional teams.
• Create and update competency maps, certification sheets, and skills matrices.
• Coordinate promotion and assessment processes for hourly employees.
• Collaborate with Operations to prioritize training needs and assess effectiveness.
