Lear Corporation seeks an Experienced Quality Improvement Professional in Mexico to lead manufacturing quality initiatives from the customer's perspective. You will create and implement programs, monitor feedback loops, and drive engagement across teams to continuously improve processes and outcomes at our plants in Coahuila/Matamoros.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing quality improvement programs focusing on continuous improvement from the customers' point of view.
• Identify and monitor customer and employee feedback loops regarding effectiveness of systems and processes.
• Encourage broad-based employee engagement to gather information and drive changes.
