Job summary

Lear Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for our Chihuahua, Mexico plant. You will establish annual manufacturing goals, drive quality compliance, and ensure on-time delivery through master production scheduling.

The role emphasizes team leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet efficiency targets. Advanced English is required, with a background in industrial engineering or related field and at least 2+ years of manufacturing management experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in Industrial Engineering, business management or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a manager in manufacturing (Wire Harness).
Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Establish, plan, and control annual manufacturing goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with quality systems and customer requirements.
Monitor production forecast and results to meet efficiency targets and schedules.
Assure on-time delivery through production schedules and Master Production Schedule meetings.
Conduct and coordinate management reviews during Operations Meetings.
Follow up on action plans and improvement projects in reviews.
Promote plant organization, cleanliness, and discipline.
Prepare activity reports for Plant Management and Operations Leadership.
Foster integration and teamwork among direct reports and all employees.
Ensure completion of performance evaluations for supervised personnel.
Develop and monitor efficiency walks.
