Indexjuarez seeks an experienced industrial/quality engineer for automotive manufacturing in Nuevo León. The role focuses on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and problem-solving to optimize production processes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate activities, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to IATF16949 standards. Strong English communication and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial, Quality & Productivity or Manufacturing Systems.
• +3 years experience in automotive industry.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (80%).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma.
• Experience with Injection Molding and Extrusion.
• Knowledge of IATF16949.
• Budget management knowledge.
• Value Stream Mapping knowledge.
• Problem-solving and SMED understanding.
• Experience leading and coordinating teams.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills in English.
• MS Office.
• Statistical knowledge.
• Passport and visa; willingness to travel.
