Job summary

Brunswick seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer in Ensenada, Mexico to lead Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC. You will drive improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, partnering with operations and other functions.

Responsibilities include kaizen facilitation, standard work, control plans, and training teammates in CI tools. Onsite role with occasional travel, supporting a global organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• 2–5 years in operations, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or CI.

Responsibilities

• Lead DMAIC/Lean projects to reduce defects, waste, and cycle time.
• Define charters, goals, scope, and stakeholder plans.
• Perform root cause analysis with 5 Whys, Fishbone, and Pareto.
• Develop sustainable solutions with standard work and visual controls.
• Deliver validated results with baseline and improvement metrics.
