Eaton's Residential Wiring Devices division is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for the Monterrey plant. This onsite role focuses on aligning HR policies, processes, and programs with business objectives while supporting compensation, employee relations, recruiting, talent development, and community initiatives.

You will partner with site leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent, ensure legal compliance in Mexico and the U.S., manage HRIS data

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with compensation/benefits analysis.
• Knowledge of Mexican employment laws.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR function for the Monterrey plant, aligning HR policies with business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Administer inclusion, diversity, and talent development initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR metrics; manage HRIS data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican and U.S. employment laws and company policies.
• Support ISO14001 and ISO9000 environmental/quality policy compliance.
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff and site leadership.
