Optima Organizational Solutions is assisting a leading furniture and home furnishings company in Monterrey, N.L. with finding a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR for two manufacturing sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience as HR Manager, Plant HR Manager, HR BP, or similar leadership role.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing locations or large workforce.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance.
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, talent development, performance management, and organizational development.
• Experience supporting high-volume hourly recruiting and workforce planning.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR leadership and support for two manufacturing sites, partnering with Plant Management and functional leaders.
• Lead and coordinate all major HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, training, performance management, organizational development, and retention.
• Develop recruiting and workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing for production and support functions.
• Build strong employee relations and maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, policies, and regulations.
• Partner with leadership to identify organizational needs and develop succession plans for critical positions.
• Drive employee engagement, communication, recognition, and retention initiatives across both facilities.
• Coach supervisors and managers on leadership, performance management, conflict resolution, and development.
• Monitor HR metrics and implement improvements in turnover, absenteeism, staffing, retention, and training.
• Support organizational change and continuous improvement from a people and culture perspective.
• Maintain a visible HR presence on the production floor.
