Rockwell Automation is seeking an HR Manager for its Monterrey Campus, responsible for providing strategic HR input and solutions. The role involves leadership, organizational development, and partnership with various HR teams to enhance employee engagement and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in human resources, particularly within a manufacturing context, and possess knowledge of Mexican labor laws. The position offers various employee benefits and a chance to contribute to a leading global company.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, performance management, employee development, organizational development.
• Bilingual capability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic input and HR solutions for the Monterrey plant.
• Lead and develop the onsite HR team.
• Work with local HR team on organizational needs and solutions.
