Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Gerente de Restaurante y Operaciones Gastronómicas to lead a flagship restaurant in Puebla, Mexico. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management.
• All aspects of restaurant operations including FOH, BOH, P&L.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for food and beverage and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations is essential.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Puebla, Puebla.

Responsibilities
