LEGO Group in Mexico's Monterrey site (Cienega de Flores) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive and corrective maintenance, driving TPM and supporting daily production with safety and quality focus.

You will coordinate maintenance crews, manage spare parts, and push continuous improvement through the plant. Travel may be required; weekend/off-shift work during implementations and knowledge sharing across sites are expected.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance of industrial machines (mechanic, electric, electronic).
• Automation & maintenance incl. PLC, robotics, pneumatics, TPM and preventive/corrective.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, industrial drawings, Lean tools and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain LEGO equipment in proper condition to ensure production and product quality.
• Coordinate maintenance personnel to execute planned maintenances and ensure spare parts availability.
• Manage maintenance staff per company policies and LEGO maintenance strategy.
