LEGO Group in Monterrey, NL, Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of 30+ operators, safeguard the brand and information, and drive production performance in close alignment with the daily plan.

You will develop people, manage safety and quality, collaborate with nearby plants, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while upholding LEGO values and policies across the operation.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in production or processing environments.
• Ability to develop people and manage performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with root-cause analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and maintain safety, quality, and production standards.
• Direct the daily production plan and optimize resources.
• Monitor KPIs, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Manage headcount and support training plans.
• Support HR processes and colleagues development.
