Gas Strategies in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead TPM activities, ensure operational continuity, and drive downtime reduction and continuous improvement. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production tools, collaborate across departments to design and manufacture tools, and manage maintenance of vacuum furnaces and related equipment.

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of PM maintenance plans and execution.
• Knowledge of vacuum furnaces and related equipment.
• Experience with TPM and vacuum furnace maintenance procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of production tools (templates, fixtures, dies, forming systems).
• Cross-department collaboration in design and manufacturing of tools.
• Handling tools and materials within the scope of responsibility.
• Collecting information for tool design and fabrication.
• Executing assigned preventive and corrective tasks for templates, fixtures, and dies.
