LEGO Group in Monterrey, NL seeks a Sr Warehouse and Internal Logistics Manager to lead a large team and oversee internal material flow from receiving to finished goods, driving safety, inventory accuracy, and cost optimization.

You will champion digitalization, WMS/ERP projects, and continuous improvement while ensuring production supply and regulatory compliance across multiple packing and processing buildings.

Formación

• Experience in Warehouse and Logistics Internal Material Flow Processes within a Manufacturing environment.
• People Leader experience.
• Strong leadership and analytics for KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, costs).
• Knowledge of 5s, JIT, Kanban, TPM, Gemba.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop front-line leaders across Packing and Processing buildings.
• Drive logistics initiatives and lean improvements to reduce costs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and cycle count execution.
• Maintain uninterrupted material supply to production.
• Oversee safety and regulatory standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
• Manage budgets and PULSE (employee motivation) results.
