• Lead and oversee daily moulding operations, driving production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Develop and execute mid- to long-term production plans to support business growth and capacity.
• Strengthen organizational capability by coaching leaders and teams; succession planning and learning initiatives.
• Drive performance management using KPIs, budget planning, and structured reporting.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to share best practices and manufacturing excellence.
• Lead Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement programs to foster a culture of compliance and sustainability.
