ZF LIFETEC in Chihuahua, Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead safety initiatives, monitor maintenance KPIs (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, Cost), and ensure equipment readiness for manufacturing. The role requires strong leadership to manage employees, read drawings, and apply control standards.

You will drive process improvements, prevent failures, and participate in meetings with manufacturing engineers and processes to sustain high performance and quality across operations.

Formación

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong experience in internal controls.
• Must have high legal and ethical standards.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• HMIs programming experience.
• Knowledge of Profinet, Ethernet, IOLink, RS232 communication protocols.
• Able to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings.
• Knowledge and experience with frequency variators.
• Servomotors and drivers knowledge.
• Robots programming experience.
• Willingness to work shift.

Responsabilidades

• Work on Safety to take care for all employees and facilities.
• Work in Maintenance KPI (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, Cost)
• Maintain Equipment available for manufacturing
• Improve the manufacturing process to have better performance.
• Take actions to improve products quality and avoid failures.
• Participate in following meetings with manufacturing engineers and all processes
