LEGO Group in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to sustain and manage LEGO equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. You will drive reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement while supporting daily production and new machinery rollout projects.

The role requires leadership of maintenance personnel, coordination across departments, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Travel and shift flexibility are expected in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience in maintenance of industrial machines.
• Strong TPM, preventive and corrective maintenance experience.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• English fluent.

Responsabilidades

• Keep LEGO equipment in proper condition to ensure production and product quality.
• Coordinate maintenance personnel to execute planned maintenance and ensure parts availability.
• Manage maintenance staff according to LEGO policies and maintenance strategy.
• Provide feedback and set individual and group goals.
• Support other departments and improve processes.
• Develop and execute corrective and preventive maintenance plans.
