Mondelēz México seeks a maintenance expert to lead planned maintenance in a high-speed confectionery plant. You will own the technology, set centerline targets, and manage PM and R&M budgets while developing the team’s preventive and predictive maintenance capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with Asset & Reliability and participate in regional and global technology forums to drive continuous improvement. Fluency in TPM concepts and problem-solving tools, plus hands-on leadership of multi-skilled

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of AM (Autonomous Maintenance) Step 4 and PM (Progressive Maintenance) Step 3.
• Ability to lead line-level maintenance and coach technicians.
• Experience with TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or WCM is required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the line technology, centerline settings and PM/R&M budgets.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans.
• Lead and upskill maintenance technicians across shifts.
• Collaborate with Asset & Reliability for system improvements and cost reductions.
• Represent site tech ownership in regional/global forums.
