• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years in industrial maintenance.
• 3+ years leading maintenance teams.
• Experience implementing TPM, PM, PdM.
• Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance systems.
• Experience with safety standards and LOTO.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a maintenance team of ~40 personnel.
• Define TPM strategies and reliability roadmaps.
• Plan preventive and predictive maintenance and shutdowns.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI performance (MTBF, MTTR).
• Manage spare parts, inventory, and CMMS governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals.
• Oversee safety compliance and equipment guarding.
