One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit is seeking a Groups Sales Manager to proactively solicit, negotiate, and manage international group business, with a primary focus on weddings and incentive groups from markets outside the United States and Canada.

You will develop customized proposals, negotiate group rates with Revenue Management, and maximize hotel revenue through upselling across rooms, F&B, venues and experiences. Strong English, travel flexibility, and leadership are required.

Formación

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• College education preferred.
• Previous experience in group sales management is mandatory.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple groups and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively solicit and secure wedding and incentive group business in assigned international markets.
• Identify opportunities for social celebrations, destination weddings and high-end incentive travel.
• Develop customized proposals reflecting guest journey and client expectations.
• Negotiate group rates, concessions, and value-added offerings with Revenue Management.
• Maximize hotel revenue through upselling rooms, events, venues, spa and transportation.
• Maintain timely communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with international wedding planners, DMCs and agencies.
