Paradero Hotels is seeking a Groups & Events Sales Executive based in Mexico City. This role is integral in driving sales for group events, including weddings and corporate gatherings. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of luxury hotel sales experience. Proficiency in both Spanish and English, strong client relationship skills, and detail-oriented organizational abilities are essential. Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in group, events, or wedding sales within the luxury hotel segment.
• Experience handling both domestic and international markets.
• Familiarity with MICE and luxury consortia networks.

Responsabilidades

• Source and develop new group and event business opportunities.
• Build relationships with planners and agencies.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate rates.
• Coordinate with various departments for event execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
