Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas in the East Cape invites a skilled Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa team. You will perform massages, facials, and body treatments in a serene setting, delivering world-class guest experiences.

Fluency in Spanish and English, a Massage Therapist Certification, and at least three years of spa experience in a luxury hotel are required. We offer training, employee recognition, and shuttle service to support our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Massage Therapist Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of spa experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments and other wellness therapies in our spa, around the pool, in guest suites and at suitable locations.
• Communicate and adapt to guest preferences and needs and make suitable recommendations to extend the experience after services.
• Sell and recommend retail products.
• Ensure spa setups and treatment facilities are ready for service.
• Support day-to-day spa operations.
