Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain spa cleanliness, support therapists, and assist guests with a professional and courteous manner. The role requires 1–2 years in a luxury hotel and fluency in Spanish and English, with work authorization in Mexico.

The Attendant helps set up and clear treatment rooms, manages refreshments and towels, and assists guests with appointments and spa services in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Formación

• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in Luxury Hotel.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
• Good team spirit, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Spanish and English language

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, pre-treatment area and Fitness room.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolve customer requests and inquiries.
• Assist guests with use and setup of fitness machines.
• Walk the guest through the customer journey at the spa.
• Assist guests with their appointments as they relate to Spa services.
• Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
• Check and follow up on the repair and maintenance of the spa.
• Retrieve and fold towels and restock products from purchasing.
