Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México is seeking a Spa Host to deliver an exceptional spa and wellness experience for guests. You will assist with daily spa operations, maintain pristine facilities, and ensure a serene, welcoming environment in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in luxury hospitality, strong English skills, and a genuine passion for guest service and wellbeing. Full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in hotel, spa, wellness facility, or luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide information about spa services, facilities, and wellness offerings.
• Assist guests with spa appointments, locker arrangements, and use of spa facilities.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Ensure guests follow spa guidelines and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas and locker rooms.
• Prepare and break down areas for spa treatments and Temazcal sessions as required.
• Support therapists and Spa & Wellness team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Communicate any operational needs or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
