Job summary
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas in the East Cape invites a skilled Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa team. You will perform massages, facials, and body treatments in a serene setting, delivering world-class guest experiences.
Fluency in Spanish and English, a Massage Therapist Certification, and at least three years of spa experience in a luxury hotel are required. We offer training, employee recognition, and shuttle service to support our dedicated team.

Responsibilities
- Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments and other wellness therapies in our spa, around the pool, in guest suites and at suitable locations.
- Communicate and adapt to guest preferences and needs and make suitable recommendations to extend the experience after services.
- Sell and recommend retail products.
- Ensure spa setups and treatment facilities are ready for service.
- Support day-to-day spa operations.

Responsible in performs body and esthetical treatments according to established Four Seasons procedures
- Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments and any other wellness therapies in our spa, around the pool, in guest suites and any location appropriate.
- Communicate and adapt to guest preferences and needs and make some suitable recommendation to extend experience after the services.
- Sale and recommended retail products
- Ensures Spa Setups and Treatment facilities are ready for service.
- Support day to day spa operation.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Massage Therapist Certification
- Minimum experience of thre (3) years in the position
- Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
- Yoga Teacher Certification is a plus
- Understand and ability to deliver high quality, luxury service standards
