As part of the F&B department, you will support the Restaurant Manager and train your team, develop long-term guest relationships, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of daily specials, menus and wines to provide

• Weekly trainings on product knowledge and technical skills.
• Develop subordinates as F&B professionals and leaders.
• Ensure guest satisfaction during service.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct trainings on product knowledge and technical skills weekly.
• Ensure subordinates' professional development as an F&B professional and a leader.
• Personally ensure every guest's satisfaction during service in your assigned area.
• Create and nurture long-term relationships with guests.
• Ensure the service team has all supplies they need in order to set up service.
• Be informed of daily specials, have complete knowledge of all menu items and wines of the week.
• Hold daily team briefings before service detailing essential information for the day’s operation.
• Cooperate with fellow servers and culinary colleagues to satisfy guest needs.
• Report to work on time and avoid delays.
• Have the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager informed of any situation of importance during operation.
• Check operational equipment daily.
• Be available during service hours to pay attention to service and guest details.
• Assist in supervising monthly inventories.
• Assist in cleaning and deep-cleaning activities in the Resort.
• Support the F&B Department in achieving the Financial budget.
• Support the F&B Department in elaborating the restaurant purchasing according to expenses budget.
