One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit welcomes guests with warmth and precision, delivering an unforgettable dining experience. You will greet, serve and tailor every interaction to guest preferences in a fast-paced resort restaurant.

Role requires outstanding guest relations skills, fluent English, and strong teamwork. You will set up dining areas, know daily specials and wines, attend briefings, and support in menus, inventories and cashiering during service.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guest satisfaction during service in your assigned area.
• Create and nurture long-term relationships with guests.
• Set up the restaurant before service to ensure a smooth operation.
• Be informed of daily specials, know all menu items and wines of the week.
• Attend daily team briefings before service detailing essential information for the day’s operation.
• Cooperate with fellow servers and culinary colleagues to satisfy guest needs.
• Report to work on time and keep managers informed of important situations.
• Assist in implementing new menus or menu changes as directed by the F&B administration.
• Perform end-shift cashiering procedures.
• Assist in monthly inventories and cleaning activities in the resort.
