One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit is seeking a guest-focused server to welcome and serve guests in a timely, cordial, enthusiastic and professional manner, ensuring personalized, unforgettable experiences during every service.

You will set up the restaurant, know the daily specials, cooperate with colleagues, attend briefings, and maintain the highest standards of grooming and service while building lasting relationships with guests.

Formación

• Outstanding guest relations skills.
• Advanced level English skills, spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organization and table management capabilities.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.

Responsabilidades

• personally ensure guest satisfaction during service in assigned area.
• Create and nurture long-term relationships with guests.
• Set up the restaurant before service for smooth operation.
• Know daily specials and full wine/menu knowledge.
• Attend daily briefings and communicate essential information.
• Cooperate with servers and culinary staff to meet guest needs.
• Be available during service hours and monitor guest details.
• Assist in implementing new menus and oversee order taking.
