Tiffany & Co. in Mexico City seeks a Retail Coach to partner with store leaders and retail teams to observe, coach, and strengthen Tiffany client experience across the region.

You will design training plans, monitor client interactions, and ensure brand behaviors and selling skills meet our standards. The ideal candidate has luxury retail coaching experience, excellent communication, and a passion for developing leaders who inspire exceptional service.

Formación

• Expert knowledge in Retail Leadership and people development.
• Proven track record with progressive coaching approach.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching for client experience and elevate in-store interactions.
• Monitor daily client interactions and provide feedback to sales teams.
• Ensure brand behaviors and store presentation standards.
• Develop coaching plans for market and store, track progress.
• Lead leadership development and onboarding initiatives.
