Bvlgari in Mexico City is seeking a Training Manager to lead coaching, learning and development across the country, enabling luxury client experiences and business growth.

The role combines designing engaging learning materials with hands-on in-store training, spanning boutique teams, franchise partners and LATAM projects, reporting to the Country Brand Director in Mexico and the Training Director for LATAM.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience in luxury retail training.
• Strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
• Solid foundation in adult learning methodologies (Andragogy).
• Experience in training design and curriculum development.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver training for Directly Owned Shops and franchised partners across jewelry, watches, and accessories.
• Lead in-store and off-site training focused on products and soft skills.
• Coach sales teams to deliver elevated, memorable shopping experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Retail Directors on training plans and follow-up.
• Train the Trainer for Boutique Managers and regional sales leaders.
• Support LATAM regional projects and events with regional managers and global teams.
• Organize Brand training sessions for LATAM new hires.
• Develop training tools and collateral for all axis and adapt for audiences.
• Monitor mystery shopping and KPI targets to drive brand objectives.
• Translate guidelines from English to Spanish as needed.
