Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, Mexico, seeks an Information Technology and Data Specialist to support, maintain, and secure technology systems across the resort. You will assist in ensuring seamless IT services for hotel operations and guests.

The role covers server administration, Active Directory, network security, backups, and collaboration tools. A 1–2 year background in IT in hospitality or similar settings is preferred, with a focus on reliability and customer service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT infrastructure or hospitality tech experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operation and availability of hotel systems (PMS, POS, HSIA, PBX, S&C).
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, configurations, and documentation.
• Monitor server infrastructure, operating systems, and performance; troubleshoot upgrades.
