Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Tamarindo, Mexico, invites applications for a Spa Host to deliver an exceptional spa and wellness experience for Resort guests. You will provide warm, personalized assistance while supporting daily spa operations, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of all facilities, and ensuring a safe, serene environment.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for guest service and wellness within a luxury resort.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a hotel, spa, wellness facility, or similar luxury setting.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness and guest experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English and ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and provide information about spa services, facilities and wellness offerings.
• Assist guests with spa appointments, locker arrangements and use of spa facilities.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas and equipment.
• Maintain daily opening/closing checklists and restock supplies.
• Support therapists and Spa & Wellness team to ensure seamless service delivery.
